Terms of service

Riffiter is a music logging and discovery platform: you connect your listening, rate albums, write reviews, build lists, and follow people whose taste you trust. It's provided as-is while we build it — features will change.

Your reviews, ratings, and lists are yours. By posting them you give Riffiter a license to display them within the product (that's the whole point), and nothing more. Delete your account and they go with you.

Argue about the music as hard as you like — that's the sport. But no harassment, no hate speech, no spam, no impersonation. We moderate reports and remove content that crosses the line; repeat offenders lose their accounts.

Album and artist metadata is aggregated from community and open music databases. We work to keep it accurate but can't guarantee every credit and date. News items are summaries with full credit and a link to the original source.

One person, one account. You're responsible for what happens under yours. We can suspend accounts that break these terms; you can delete yours anytime in Settings.

Riffiter is provided without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages from using the service. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
